And starting from November 04, snow is expected in the northern and eastern regions, heavy snow in some areas, as well as gusty winds, snowstorms and ice. The air temperature will also gradually decrease, especially residents of the northern and eastern regions will feel it, 5-13 degrees of frost are expected here by November 04 at night, and 3-11 degrees of frost in the afternoon.
The cold will not bypass the south of Kazakhstan, after heavy precipitation in the form of rain and snow, which are expected on November 04, a cold snap will come – the thermometer will drop to 0-13 degrees Celsius at night, while only 0-5 degrees Celsius is forecast in the afternoon.
