Karaulan Valentina Evstafyevna came to Kazakhstan from Ukraine in 1963. After graduating from the Faculty of Meteorology and Agrometeorology at the Odessa Hydrometeorological Institute, she was assigned to work in Tselinograd and worked her way up from engineer to director of the Tselinograd Hydrometeorological Observatory.
Valentina Evstafievna has always been distinguished by her high professionalism, responsibility and tireless pursuit of excellence. She enjoyed the well-deserved respect of her colleagues, being an example of dedication and goodwill.
Despite her retirement age, she continued to work at the Hydrometeorological Service until 2018, generously sharing her knowledge and experience with young specialists.
The management and staff of the company deeply mourn her death and express their sincere condolences to her family and friends.
The bright memory of Valentina Evstafyevna will always remain in our hearts.
