Today, on the eve of Republic Day, students of the GKP na PHB "Technological College" of the Akimat of Astana city visited Kazhydromet on a study visit. During the tour, future specialists were told about the company's activities, its role in the country's hydrometeorological support system, and also showed how various types of forecasts are formed.
In addition, the tour participants visited the Hydrometeorological Center and got acquainted with the work of weather forecasters, who daily compile and update weather forecasts for all regions of Kazakhstan.
Such meetings allow students to expand their knowledge, gain a practical understanding of their future profession, and better understand the importance of hydrometeorological observations.
