In the northern half of Kazakhstan, the weather will be determined by a Northwesterly cyclone, rain is forecast, sometimes heavy rains, rain may turn to snow on September 28-29, and rain and thunderstorms are expected in the southern half of the country with a Southern cyclone. The wind is forecast to increase in the republic, and fog is expected at night and in the morning.
Starting on September 28, with the invasion of a cold anticyclone in the northern regions, then, as it shifts to the south of the republic, a decrease in temperature is predicted for most of the country.
The temperature background is expected:
in the west of the country: 3-8 degrees Celsius at night, gradual increase from 10-18 to 13-22 degrees Celsius during the day;
in the southwest: a decrease from 10-15 to 7-12 degrees Celsius at night, an increase from 13-18 to 18-23 degrees Celsius during the day;
in the north-west and north of the country: decrease from 3-13 degrees Celsius to 1-6 degrees Celsius at night, from 10-15 degrees Celsius to 3-10 degrees Celsius in the daytime;
in Pavlodar region, in the center of the country, the temperature drops at night from 5-15 to 2-7 degrees Celsius, during the day from 22-28 to 7-18 degrees Celsius;
in the east of the country, it fluctuates at night from 2-10 to 7-15 degrees Celsius, during the day it decreases from 25-30 to 20-25 degrees Celsius, in the north of the region 10-15 degrees Celsius;
in the south of the country, the temperature drops at night from 9-18 to 5-13, during the day from 22-32 to 15-28 degrees Celsius;
in the south-east of the country, it is 10-15 degrees Celsius at night, 0-5 degrees Celsius in mountainous regions, 23-30 degrees Celsius in the daytime, 15-20 degrees Celsius in mountainous regions;
