In the coming days, the meteorological situation in the Republic of Kazakhstan will continue to be determined by the north-westerly cyclone, which is shifting from the western regions to the east, and will cause cloudy weather, thunderstorms, hail and squally winds are possible during the daytime. Heavy rains are forecast on August 19 in the west, east, August 20-21 in the northwest, and August 21 in the north of the country. At the same time, mostly dry and clear weather will remain in the southern regions under the influence of the anticyclone. Winds are expected to increase across the republic, with fogs at night and in the morning.
The temperature background in the north will decrease: at night to +10...+17 °C, in the afternoon to +17...+25 °C, in the east night temperatures will reach +5...+15 °C, in the afternoon a slight increase is expected to +22...+29 °C. In other regions, no significant fluctuations in air temperature are predicted.
