We invite potential suppliers who have instruments and equipment with the appropriate parameters or improved technical characteristics to participate in the procurement and submit proposals that include technical specifications, cost, terms, and delivery deadlines for the goods.
In addition, it is welcome to have supporting documents from a service center for the supplied equipment located in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as a factory warranty and technical support.
Proposals must be submitted in writing in a sealed envelope, with contact details indicated (on the envelope) to be invited to a meeting to open and review the submitted proposals.The opening of envelopes containing proposals will be carried out with the participation of the commission and representatives of the supplier, with the signing of the relevant protocol.
The format of attendance (physical or online) at the meeting to review the proposals by potential suppliers is determined independently.
