In most parts of the country, the cyclone and atmospheric fronts will cause precipitation of varying intensity, snow will fall in the northern and eastern regions, sometimes heavy snow, precipitation with an advantage in the form of rain is forecast in the southern regions, gusty winds with a blizzard will also increase, icy and foggy phenomena will be observed.
Following the cyclone, an anticyclone will spread to the western regions from the ETR regions, which will lead to a cessation of precipitation and a decrease in temperature. At night in the western regions up to 10-22 frost, in the northern regions up to 17-25 frost, in the southern regions up to 0-8 frost.
From February 23 in the northwest, from February 24 in the north, east, and center of the country, a sharp drop in air temperature to 25-37 frost is predicted.
