This issue of the bulletin describes the climatic conditions observed in 2024, including an assessment of the extremes of temperature and precipitation regimes, and provides historical information on changes in surface air temperature and precipitation that have occurred since 1941.
Monitoring and analysis of climate trends are the most important tasks of the national Hydrometeorological Service. The results presented in the bulletin are used to assess climate risks, develop adaptation measures and ensure sustainable development of Kazakhstan in the context of global climate change.
