After the warm autumn days, residents of the northern regions felt the breath of winter – negative temperatures were recorded at night, rain and snow were observed in some areas. In the coming days, the cold anticyclone will continue its movement through the territory of Kazakhstan, and weather deterioration is now expected in the southern regions. On October 01, precipitation is expected in Zhambyl, Almaty and Zhetisu regions, and on October 02, precipitation is expected in Turkestan region (rain turning to snow). It is also expected that the air temperature will drop to 5-10 degrees Celsius in the afternoon on October 01, and frosts of 1-3 degrees are forecast at night on October 02.
